HaLong bay is a popular travel destination in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. Administratively, the bay belongs to Ha Long City, Cam Pha town, and is a part of Van Don District. The bay features thousands of limestone karsts and isles in various shapes and sizes.
This extraordinary area was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994. For many tourists, this place is like something right out of a movie. The fact is that Halong Bay features a wide range of biodiversity, while the surrealistic scenery has indeed featured in endless movies.
My visit in Vietnam wouldn’t be complete without having a glimpse of it’s famous Halong Bay so I booked a one-day tour going there. I went directly to the office of Sinh Tourist (travel agency) which was the most famous in Vietnam.
They picked us up infront of our hotel around 7:50AM as what they promised. We get on the bus together with some tourists. After they picked up all the tourists that booked the trip, the guide started her self introduction and keep on explaining about our itineraries for our tour.
During our trip, we stopped by a building to do some toilet routine and there we saw a department store and a small supermarket. After that we get on the bus again.
